This policy explains what information Xiora Apps collects when you use this brand site (https://apps.xiora-official.com). Each app we publish maintains its own, more specific privacy policy on its dedicated site — links to those are listed at the end of this document.

2. Information we collect on this site

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message body you submit. These are used only to reply to you.

Newsletter sign-up

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address. It is stored solely for the purpose of sending occasional product updates from Xiora Apps.

Automatic information

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) logs standard request metadata such as IP address, user-agent, and request timestamps for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this brand site.

3. How we use it

  • Respond to messages you send us.
  • Send newsletter emails you have opted in to receive.
  • Diagnose service problems and protect against abuse.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. Retention

  • Contact form messages: kept until the conversation is complete, then deleted on request.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • Server logs: retained by Cloudflare for a short rolling window.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information we hold about you by emailing contact@xiora-official.com. We respond within a reasonable time.
